Proven Success

Our team has been directly involved with site analysis, design, engineering, acquisition, building, and interior finish design for more than 4.5 million square feet of office, retail, apartment, senior housing and industrial development in the Tampa Bay region, as well as the retrofitting and renovation of approximately 2 million square feet.

We’ve also project managed a variety of large developments, most notably, the 450,000 square foot Gateway Business Centre, the 500,000 sq. ft. Gateway Business Park, and the 200,000 sq. ft. Metropointe Commerce Park. We also represented Lockheed-Martin as the project manager in its $5 million interior finish construction.

Build-To-Suit

The build-to-suit process requires an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the real estate, development, and construction industries. We focus on creating maximum flexibility to fit the changing needs of occupants as their businesses grow and evolve. We’re focused on leveraging our extensive experience to ensure successful negotiations and timely, cost effective construction processes with minimum risk and complications.

Our team has been involved in over 1 million square feet of office, retail and industrial build-to-suit projects ranging in size from 210,000 square feet for Lockheed-Martin’s aluminum fabrication facility; 430,000 square feet for Jabil Circuit, Inc.; and 460,000 square feet for ValPak.
