Mr. Pridgen creates great places to live and work. Today, his company is among the largest commercial Real Estate services company in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Pridgen is a former member of the Foundation board for Tampa Bay Watch. His environmental focus recognizes that the environment is an essential element of sustainable quality of life. His charitable work is centered on children and families. Family Resources, YMCA, Pinellas Education Foundation, Big Brothers and Sisters, Boy Scouts and R’ Club are among the many organizations supported by Mr. Pridgen. He has served on various boards for the Police Athletic League, YMCA and Habitat for Humanity.

The father of four, Grady Pridgen and his wife Jodi frequently open their home to organizations such as Family Resources that provide support to disadvantaged and at-risk kids and families. Mr. Pridgen is passionate about cultivating strength, self-confidence, and success for all kids and serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Keystone Prep High School in Odessa, FL, a nonprofit high school dedicated to providing an excellent education to students with ADHD, dyslexia, and other unique learning needs.

Mr. Pridgen has won several awards for his projects including Tampa Bay’s Business Executive of the Year, (NAIOP) National Association of Business and Office Parks Developer of the Year, Tampa Bay Area’s Top Industrial Broker, Tampa Bay Business Journal Best New Development, Top 5 Tampa Bay Area Commercial Developer, Top 5 Tampa Bay Area Land Broker and Top 10 Tampa Bay Area Property Management Company.
