The community is located adjacent to a Publix grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and thousands of jobs. This project was done in partnership with Celotex Pridgen LLLP. Gateway Business Park
Gateway Business Park accommodates 650,000 square feet of sustainable high-tech office and industrial buildings. The 40-acre transit-oriented employment center was built and 100% pre-leased to Jabil Circuit, L3 Communications, MTS Medication Technology, and Compass Group. Joe’s Creek Industrial Park renovation
Joe’s Creek Industrial Park is a 1,600,000 square foot industrial park community of over 100 buildings ranging from 1,500 to 100,000 square feet located at US19 and 44th Avenue with easy access to I-275 via the 38th and 54th Avenue interchanges. Services provided: Construction management, project management, leasing, sales, asset management, and property management.

Fusion
Located at 1500 Central Avenue, Fusion was one of the newest mixed-use developments in downtown St. Petersburg in 2009. The project consisted of 326 units, retail, and restaurant spaces. Services provided: Assemblage, entitlement, and vision.
