Ibis Walk

Ibis Walk is a sustainable and walkable mass transit-oriented mixed-use community featuring approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, office, and 400 apartment homes. The community is located adjacent to a Publix grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and thousands of jobs. This project was done in partnership with Celotex Pridgen LLLP. Services provided: Entitlement, vision, construction management, project management, and development management.
Gateway Business Park

Gateway Business Park accommodates 650,000 square feet of sustainable high-tech office and industrial buildings. The 40-acre transit-oriented employment center was built and 100% pre-leased to Jabil Circuit, L3 Communications, MTS Medication Technology, and Compass Group. Services provided: Assemblage, entitlement, vision, construction management, project management, development management, leasing, sales, asset management, and property management.
Metropointe Commerce Park

Metropointe Commerce Park is a class-A transit-oriented, high-tech employment center spanning approximately 700,000 square feet and located in the heart of the Gateway area with easy access to all major roadways in the Tampa Bay area. Services provided: Assemblage, entitlement, vision, construction management, project management, development management, leasing, sales, asset management, and property management.
Gateway Business Centre

Gateway Business Centre is a 450,000 square foot transit-oriented sustainable business park with notable tenants such as Lockheed Martin and Federal Express Ground. Services provided: Assemblage, entitlement, vision, construction management, project management, development management, leasing, sales, asset management, and property management.
Joe’s Creek Industrial Park renovation

Joe’s Creek Industrial Park is a 1,600,000 square foot industrial park community of over 100 buildings ranging from 1,500 to 100,000 square feet located at US19 and 44^th Avenue with easy access to I-275 via the 38^th and 54^th Avenue interchanges. Services provided: Construction management, project management, leasing, sales, asset management, and property management.
Fusion

Located at 1500 Central Avenue, Fusion was one of the newest mixed-use developments in downtown St. Petersburg in 2009. The project consisted of 326 units, retail, and restaurant spaces. Services provided: Assemblage, entitlement, and vision.
